I am always impressed by Jim and his staff's knowledge and friendliness. As a person who wandered into the store, a little over a year ago as a neophyte just looking for a bag of feed, I am now an avid "birder" primarily due to the enthusiasm of the staff of this store. You know that they care about birds and it becomes infectious, thumbs up!
