Jim was great! He was knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about WBU’s food versus the not-so-great food from big box stores. We can already see the quality and our birds seem to really enjoy it. Our first trip to WBE was so great, that we returned the following weekend and plan on going again this weekend. Thanks Jim!
