Knowledgeable staff always helpful

Store owner was pleasant, knowledgeable and engaging. The merchandise was available that I was looking for. It was a rather quick visit and the owner made suggestions that helped me chose a gift to purchase for someone's birthday.

The store is filled with a wonderful selection, it is a delight to stop in and to just browse! The staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable - we now have hummingbirds and orioles visiting our yard, have solved the problem of blue jays cleaning out our feeder on a daily basis with a whole peanut feeder that was suggested, and are exploring bee keeping. We find inspiration each time we visit.

Jim was great. He was welcoming and offered a wealth of information to me. I showed him pictures of birds in our backyard and he identified them for me. He also introduced me to a bird finder app I now have installed on my phone, as well as educated me on the proper bird seed to supply our backyard feathered friends. I purchased a bird house and looking forward to gifting it to my Dad. I had a very positive experience and have already recommended the store to fellow bird lovers. :)
