great help to repair my feeder

Great selection of goods and staff is very knowledgeable. Love being a member which gives discounts on items and they always are mailing out some great advertisements of their products.

Jim and his team are always friendly and Knowledgeable. They are also super helpful. I love the products too.

The products I went to purchase was visible on the floor. The staff asked me if there was anything I am interested in and might not be visible. The quality of the bird seed is my assurance that my feeders are always full of birds! The staff always takes my order to my car, and the bird buck program is also a plus to return to the store. I am a photographer and my hobby is wildlife photography and many of my best images of birds are taken from my feeders.

Pleasant experience, friendly staff

Jim was super friendly. Staff was also. Answered a lot of my questions. I didn't feel pressured in any way to over buy. Overall felt very encouraged and interested in my efforts. I've already recommended to one other person.

While we were perusing bird feeders at Hone Depot a gentleman came up and told us about WBU, so we decided to give it a try. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to spend time teaching us about the different food preferences of different birds. The pricing and freshness of the product was also a pleasant surprise!
