It is a great place to shop. Very pleasant and peaceful. The video feed is instructive and entertaining. One of the few places where I can stop and take a breath. The staff and customers are there for a good purpose and always pleasant and helpful.

The owner and staff at the Denville store are wonderful. I live in NYC, and my brother lives in Penn. While traveling to visit him, I always try to jump off of 80 to stop at the Denville store. There are several WB stores that are much closer to where I live in Manhattan, but I always order from Denville and/or stop in there to shop because they are outstanding, friendly and send my order asap. Because of Denville, I found the perfect seed and have faithful bird visitors to my terrace feeder!

Marianna was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The store os web stocked with an abundance of high quality and diverse products. The owner, James, came out while trying to resolve the difficulty they were having with the coupons. He introduced himself and we had a nice conversation about our careers.

The seed I buy there is excellent. There is never waste in my feeder. There’s no mess on the ground. It is more expensive than other brands but it is well worth the price

Denville location is staffed with people who are experienced not only in customer service but product knowledge. The variety of items in the store enables me to expand my knowledge with books , have feeders in my yard as well as houses and I can find gifts too. On the surface it may seem like the food is more expensive but it’s really not when you take him to consideration how much waste there is in the cheaper bags as well as the difference in quality. I love your store so much I’ve actually thought about being a franchise owner.

Staff was amazing in assessing my needs for a bird feeder and helped me choose the correct dispensing device. They're also really kind and friendly people working there.
