I ordered a set of new seed cylinders, as my feeders were nearly empty. Got free standard shipping, so I was expecting to get it the next week. But ended up getting it same day, due to the luck of my order being submitted on the same day the delivery woman typically went out, and it being processed before she left. I absolutely love the seed cylinders. I get SO many birds, often ten or twelve at one time. We have a family of cardinals, including a fledgling we've seen grow up since this past spring. We also have a pair of downy woodpeckers and a pair of red-bellied woodpeckers. And then there are the bluejays, chickadees, sparrows, the occasional Carolina wren, and (now that winter is here) we have slate juncos, too!

Everyone who works in the store is very friendly and was able to give me tips on what to buy and helpful suggestions on how to attract the birds in my area.

I was able to purchase everything I needed (and then some) quickly and with the friendly help of the associates!

Jim and his team are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of products that are always high quality. The prices are somewhat high but you get what you pay for.
