Very fruendly knowledgeable staff. I noticed more new. Merchandise since i was in the store only a week before. They had all the Merchandise i wanted plus more i did not even know i wanted.

My previous visit to the Denville store was my first. The experience was perfect. The staff ( Jim ) was friendly and very helpfull. Going to the Denville store again on 1/27/23. Also got a 20% discount coupon in my e-mail.

This is one of the cutest stores in the area. Just from driving past the store you want to go in and see what's going on. Robin was very kowledgeable and I'm so excited to know that I can now feed the birds because of the the "Hot" birdfood that the squirels don't like. Thank you for mnaking your store look so inviting.

The staff was very knowledgeable on wild birds and how to attract them to our feeders.

My husband and I arrived at 2:30 last Sunday, and the store was closing at 3:00. We were greeted warmly and never felt rushed. The salespersons answered all of our questions about the things we were considering purchasing. At checkout, the salesperson made sure that I got every dollar in savings I could get. They even reminded me of a Bird Bucks coupon that I forgot I had. I was buying a fairly expensive item, so the effort to save me some bucks was really appreciated.
