The quality of the products is excellent. Many are American made, which is very important to me. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly.

My wild birds love the products especially the bark bites with the bugs. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. We always have a nice chat about what birds are in our backyards.

Friendly people. Had the part for my feeder and offered to clean and put the feeder back together.

I got to the store a few minutes after 5. Robyn was taking the wind chimes into the store. I had a quick question. I had a finch feeder that i could not get onto the tray. Robyn figured out the answer and explained what was needed to be done. Then she allowed me to buy finch food. Thanks Robyn.
