I had a great conversation with the salesperson. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and helped me select the right things. We also talked about birding books vs apps and about the birds we're seeing at the feeder this month.

Atmosphere of store is positive and welcoming. Merchandise is displayed well and staff very helpful and courteous.

Well-curated product selection, narrowed down to the best of the best I've found in 10 years of wild bird feeding through trial and error, I should have shopped here first!\. Very knowledgeable staff, with great suggestions, and tips for feeding (goldfinches in particular) that were new to me even after 10 years! This was my first visit to WBU ever and I will definitely be back. Prices are high but quality is VERY high, so the value is there, and many replacement parts are available for feeders which is fewer products in landfills. Feeder pole system also a standout, will try this in future, and bat houses are a great product to stock! Wonderful store and staff, highly recommend.

I first stopped in the store two years ago, and the staff’s knowledge and friendliness is what made me start my bird feeding program. Every time I come in they’re helpful, and it seems I often learn something new.
