Jim, the sales clerk, was very helpful as we are new to bird adventures. We met Jim at a library lecture he gave and then went to his store. The store carried a wide variety of items and the staffers were also friendly.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were excited about birds and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The selection in the store was pleasing to the eye, extensive, and provided all that I wanted and more!

The store always has what i'm looking for, and if I'm having issues at my feeders, the staff most of the time will have a solution to my problem. the quality of the seed is great.
