Jim and Robyn are great! I am a frequent customer of the Denville WBU store and they remember my name and always say hello when I walk in. I feel like "Norm" from Cheers when I shop there.

I went to the store for three reasons: 1. Wanted some hot suet nuggets, which they had set aside for me. 2. Wanted to renew my membership (done) 3. I brought my feeder in because it had broken. I left it there for them to look at. They called me to let me know it was fixed. When I went to pick it up, I noticed how clean it was. That’s because they had replaced the inside plastic tube…and at no charge!! Awesome!!! Thank you very much!!! You have a loyal member!

My wife and I came into your store and we were greeted by a very sweet and helpful lady (possibly owner's wife) with so much information I didn't even think I needed. The owner checked us out and helped me find something to hang the bird feeder I purchased. I'd go into this store a bunch just to talk to the staff and hang.
