The staff has an amazing amount of knowledge about birds. It’s fun to talk with them about my observations, questions, and helping me identify birds I’ve seen that the Merlín app didn’t really help with. And their products are great. The bird food with hot pepper plus a dome over my feeder has finally discouraged other critters (squirrels, raccoons, etc) from climbing on and, in a couple of cases, breaking my feeders.

The owner helped us to find the correct parts for our broken feeder pole system He did not oversell or try to push us to buy an entire system He answered all of our questions. The store has wonderful merchandise for bird
