I booked online for massage add on for lymphatic drainage massage. Massage booked 3 day got confirmed..Day of appointment arrived 10mins greet by 3 front desk clerk..checked in waited..meet massague once n the room I was notified finally that they no longer actually do lymphatic drainage..she asked if they told me up front be nobody nor did I get a called that it wasn't available..little disappointed cuz I was looking forward to try it .My massague was very nice n I told her why I looking for that type of massage n she suggested a different add on. I jus think there could have been some sort of notification way b4 I came even in the front desk clerk when checking me in. Or even a call after I booked.

Easy to book an appointment. The reception staff were firendly and efficient. The therapist listened to my needs and focused on areas I requested with very good results.

Hailey at the Las Vegas location on Silverado Ranch and Maryland Pkwy was awesome during my facial! I’ve never had a facial done before so I was a bit nervous going into it, but she made the experience as smooth as possible. The front desk team was also very sweet. Will be coming back soon!

Haley is the best!

The booking process was very simple. They were able to get me in for a massage, same day with the massage therapist of my choice. My massage therapist was very kind and helped walk me through the process.

Everyone at the front desk has been very friendly during each visit. The massages received were all relaxing. The rooms are all clean and neat.

My esthetician, Haley, was amazing and her technique and personality made the entire experience so enjoyable. I wish I had more money to spend to get extra services and products. Will definitely come see her again next time I’m in town! Loved your place and all of the he staff 😊

Haley was wonderful. She explained some of the additional options available and we spoke about which would be best. The room was comfortable and I loved the relaxing atmosphere.

Services provided are always good quality. I'm usually able to book an appointment that meets my schedule, even when requesting it with little notice.
