Yvette, my esthetician, is very knowledgable and always has suggestion about the best treatment add-on to my facial. She is friendly and very nice. I have been a member at Hand & Stone Vero Beach, Florida, since their opening and had always received excellent care.

The reception area and staff were bright and friendly. Check in was easy. The treatment room is well appointed and comfortable, especially the warm pad and blanket on the table. My esthetician, Ariana, was professional. She took the time to ask questions about what I was hoping to achieve. Ariana explained and offered other add on services but didn’t pressure me to take any. I did choose one that I felt would enhance my facial. I didn’t request a specific esthetician this time but I will definitely request Ariana when I make my next appointment.

I was very satisfied with my appointment with Katy… She is very professional and educated and is a great teacher… I totally enjoyed my experience because of Katy and others there!
