My experience has always been top notch at this H & S. I have been a loyal client for years. I bought the monthly package but when the pricing kept increasing, I had to end the services.

I was very satisfied with my therapist Lisa. She is the best therapist hand and stone has to offer. She knows how much pressure to use and where the best areas are to apply it.

I have been a member for many years and LOVED it while in Massachusetts. I cannot find consistency with either local Hand & Stone. Staff turnover is ridiculous. No one knows me and cannot be consistent with services. Reception never offers products or asks if I want to schedule again. For all 4 years at my last H&S in MA, I had the same receptionist and same esthetician. I bought gift cards and products all the time. I'm somewhat surprised in the success of this location. I love the young esthetician I'm working with who I've seen multiple times, but just discovered she too is leaving.

Michael is always efficient and professional. I always have a great experience. I highly recommend him. He is thee best, hands down!

Lisa was absolutely phenomenal! She was great about making me feel comfortable and targeted the areas I mentioned perfectly. All the staff I interacted with were really sweet and knowledgeable.

Best massage I have ever received! Ryan is a great massage therapist and I will definitely be back!

Wonderful location. Staff are always so kind and welcoming. Therapist are very knowledgeable. I had a problem area and not only did he work on the area, he recommended additional therapies to supplement or do post massage.

It was my first massage ever. I felt like it was timely and I felt great after. I would have loved a beverage before hand

I keep coming back to Hand and Stone because of massage therapist Alyssa Burns. Her knowledge of musculature is unparalleled. She is friendly, yet professional. She is fantastic!
