Excellent and highly recommended. Not only did they replace the thermostat, they removed a nail in one of the tires and replaced my coolant at no additional cost. Everything completed in 1 hour, not to mention on a Friday during the last hour of their work day. Make sure to call ahead and provide enough notice so they have enough time to fix the issue. Would definitely return in the future for additional repairs and maintenance.

My service was good but I'm having problems w/the oil light coming on. Am taking my vehicle back today or tomorrow to have it checked. Wandering if they forgot to reset it. Annoying!!

Fast Efficient Knowledgeable

The oil change was fine. My tire that I got put on was not balanced. Vehicle started shaking. I took it back the next day. Also my vehicle started not steering correctly after I got the oil change and tire. They said my throttle body was effecting steering. But they did find the pulley of the water pump was missing rings.

I cannot express enough how incredible my my experience was at your store yesterday afternoon. Not only were your staff incredibly polite and friendly, but they were also very knowledgeable and found a problem that has been plaguing me for over a year and neither Bay Dodge, nor Son of a Jeep, found this issue despite my insistence it was there. I didn’t even mention the other issues I was having to your staff. All I said was I was having a wheel imbalance issue that was leading to a wild steering wheel at speed. The mechanic (Redke? I only heard his name once so forgive me if I butchered it), noticed more heat coming off my left front caliper and thought to use his IR gun on it. I’m so incredibly impressed that he noticed the heat, and followed through to investigate. And I am also very grateful that he did. I don’t know as much about cars as I wish I did, but I imagine the caliper failing on the road could lead to a total loss of brakes if I lost pressure, which could be life threatening. Your mechanic potentially saved my life being observant and caring about his job
