From the minute I entered the facility, the staff was very friendly! I showed up very early and the receptionist Angela made feel welcomed and comfortable a d even offered a water bottle while I waited. She even let me know the promotions and I purchased them! My massage therapist listened to my needs, I even requested to heat up the bed and she did everything exceptionally. Before I left, I book my second appointment with Jessica.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone due to the friendliness of the receptionist, Christiana. She is customer friendly, she is always greeting customers with a smile and she is pays attention to the customers needs. She advises them accordingly about pending rewards and advises customers of any promotions that may be happening or that a customer could benefit from.

I've been a Hand & Stone member in Houston, TX before moving to Toronto a year ago. I came in for 2 appointments before my most recent one and these 2 weren't great for me (I did not enjoy my experience with the previous 2 therapists for some reason, they seemed to do everything correctly, maybe we just did not click); however, this time I was with Dora and it was fantastic! I was so satisfied and relaxed after my appointment and immediately decided to get a new membership in Canada. Dora was super friendly, attentive, and worked on all of the areas that I needed focus on!
