I found the sales person to be extremely helpful as we were not sure what type of mattress we wanted & he went to great lengths to make sure we got what we were looking for.

Friendly welcome and straight away let us use the sleep machine then gave us great options to try and test. Great covid space and things in place. We were given a drink too and not rushed at all meant we could choose the best bed for us. We will shop there again as its such a lovely store and great staff.

Jason was absolutely fantastic, at the Stevenage roaring meg retail park. He listened to want i wanted and asked about my budget then showed me products to suit my budget and some that were slightly higher just to see what else was on offer. He went perfectly into detail about the mattress and the options available with the bed frame. All in all a perfect shopping experience.

Kathy was very attentive and knowledgeable. She talked to our son whilst we tried out the beds.

Choosing a new mattress is an important purchase but one with many options. We were given plenty of information to help us choose and able to try out a number of alternatives. We were then left to take our time in narrowing down the choice and reaching a final decision. Compared to some stores, ordering was very quick and straightforward and the arrangements for delivery available are convenient. Service was very friendly and at no stage was any attempt made to influence our choice to a more expensive option.

Colleagues were all very polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we k ew everything g that was available to us considering we have to wait a little longer to receive the item.

Great advice and time spent until we were satisfied we'd picked the right mattress
