From the moment we walked into the store, we were treated with respect, we were listened to and the salesman was honest in his assessment of our needs related to the products you had available. At no point in time did we feel we were being forced into buying something that we did not need. We had a set budget (not known to the salesman) and the bed and mattress came in under our budget. The additional cost of removal of old bed and assembly of new one , we were prepared for. Adding insurance for the 8 years lifetime of the adjustable, as a one off cost, was a no brainer and gives us peace of mind. All in all the whole experience was a pleasant one. It certainly saved hours traipsing around several other stores with an 87 year old mother and we left satisfied and content after just 40 minutes! Very happy all round!
