The sales assistant was really helpful, cheery and made us feel like such valued customers.

Michelle helped me to place my order online (order number: 378A001754). Before making the payment, I also had another option from Bensons for Bed. Michelle has been so very helpful and understand what I was looking for, and what I was hesitant of. She has been a great sales also with the customer needs in mind, she made Dreams won my order over the other retailer :) Thank you Michelle!

We were met by Dreams assistant Michele when we entered the shop. Michele was brilliant showing us different types of beds from medium to firm. Nothing was too much trouble for her and offered us drinks when we were completing the sale.

Both staff members Michelle and Karen who dealt with myself then my family were very helpful showing us the options that was available and the differences between the different mattresses and pillows. There was no rush take your time to find which you prefer.

We had been recommended a branch visit from a relative. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Michele who was friendly and not pushy in any way. We thought the dream machine (sorry, can’t remember what it was called!) sleeping analysis process was fun and relaxing too! Michele’s knowledge helped us decide straight away and we spent more than our original budget plan based on her sales experience- she really helped us to see a wide range of mattresses.

We were helped by Michelle who quickly understood our needs and what we were looking for. She was friendly and helpful throughout the experience.
