The lady who attended to us took her time and answered all our questions

Michelle listened to what I said and found the bed I needed and a new mattress. They were really friendly with my daughter as she was wandered around the shop. She loved the book she received from the staff.

We visited the Dreams store in Stirling and we were helped by a customer assistant named Michelle. She was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and answered all of our questions about the TV bed we were interested in and the mattress. There was availability problems with the bed due to the manufacturer, so Michelle took our details and phoned us about two weeks later to let us know that the bed was now available to order - so we went back down to the store and placed our order. Again this experience was equally as positive. Michelle was also assisted by a colleague (I think named Karen?) who provided additional information about delivery options.

Jordan was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He was very accommodating by offering to stay later than the closing time in order for our son to choose a bed. At no point did we feel pressured into buying anything. The whole experience was a pleasure.
