Michelle was very helpful and pleasant. She took personal details to establish the type of mattress that best suited me. I did not feel pressured to make a hastily decision or purchase a more expensive item. I was given time to try out several mattresses and this resulted in my feeling very happy with my purchase & looking forward to a good nights sleep!
