Declan sales personal was very good at showing me products I was looking for firstly having gone on the machine which checked my body was very impressive helped me to mack my purchase Declan with good training would be good management potential I say this as I was a sales manager looking at one time 21reps the only concern about my purchase is why I could not get VAT reduction as I disabilities other companies did offer this reduction with similar beds so why not this company at 80yrs old this would have been a welcome amount of cash back Richard Collins

Staff in the Huddersfield store were excellent in helping me with a choice of bed & mattress. Ash took time to explain the choices and offers, Dec kindly offered me a coffee and Chris was knowledgeable and friendly (happy birthday for 11th Oct; hope you enjoy James Bond movie)
