I only needed a single mattress for my 12 year old daughter. I wanted to get it right knowing she will have a good nights sleep. I felt bad that I wasn’t buying a full bed but Peter was just great making sure we got the correct firmness she needed. Having the computerised bed was just amazing and made it a really nice experience. We were asked if we wanted a drink and was made so comfortable and was treated excellently. We weren’t pushed into anything and felt we made the right choice.

Our assistant, Peter was great. He approached us when we came into the store and helped us onto the sleep machine and made some really helpful recommendations when we were walking around. He was very knowledgeable without being too pushy, which was great.

I had been to other bed shops where the staff were busy talking and ignored me, I felt maybe it was because I was on my own, there were mainly couples looking round. But when I went into the HUDDERSFIELD Branch of DREAMS I felt like a customer. Unfortunately I have recently lost my Husband unexpectedly after 50 years of marriage, we have a king size bed and I thought I could manage now with a double, I wasn’t thinking straight and after a friend recommend a new mattress I rushed in and bought one on line. But I ordered a double and realised it wouldn’t fit in the king size frame, that’s when I new I needed a new bed frame. When I arrived at the store I was amazed at the choice they had and when they showed me the Electric frame I fell for it. The assistant then offered to ring the company that I had ordered the mattress from, when she came back she had found out that it was not suitable for the Electric bed frame, they then helped me to get the mattress changed to one that fitted, it was very good of them to help me with everything. I found the whole experience enjoyable

The time taken by Richard to show me the correct item I had come to see as I had seen it online and just wanted to see it before finally deciding to purchase. He took the measurements for me to confirm they were suitable for me. Explained the choice of colours, how to assemble it. Once I had decided to purchase he went through the purchasing process, delivery process, explained what would happen on the delivery date, offering the various options that were available for assembly, although I declined these. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received from Richard and I felt valued as a customer. It was a very pleasant welcoming shopping experience, not rushed or pressured to make a decision. I would certainly recommend Dreams Huddersfield to friends etc. I will certainly be returning to select a Headboard for my new bed in the near future. Please pass on my appreciation for a pleasant first visit to your store.

Ash of the Huddersfield branch was very helpful to me and my wife who is disabled and couldn't ask for anyone better she was thought full and was quick and efficient and extremely helpful and explained everything from beginning to end of sale my recommendation to the young lady and I will recommend her to my friends and family who need a bed .

Michelle who looked after us was very friendly and asked us a few questions to start with to match us to our best mattress. She also showed us the machine to ensure we got the best fit for us.
