It took too long to get a oil change!!

I been going to NTB for a long time. Mr. Steven/gentleman's/wonderful lady all is always on point. I know what I need for my car on the next visit. Since I got turned down on a card. That's not good.

oil change was completed but a check of tires when I got home found pressures as low as 14. they clearly had not bothered to check pressures while rotating tires. Quoted nearly $700 for replacing brake pads all around

the staff, the time frame and how quick and easy it was to schedule an appt and have everything run smooth when I showed up for it.

Car was still out of alignment after service. Was informed rotors and brake pads needed replaced. Rotors were fine, pads needed to be changed. Its not nice trying to sell someone on the safety of their car when there is nothing wrong and all they wanted to do was make a quick buck.

It was easy to use the website to find the tires I wanted and set up an appointment. When I arrived the staff was friendly and professional and did a great job. I was in and out pretty quickly with my new tires.

Didnt like their service or the people working there. Not a good place to take your vehicle to be work on because all they want to do is play around. They also over charge on filters. He said they have to get their money back so they charge three times what it cost them. Wasnt happy at all.

I don't have to wait long it was done in 45 minutes

Car shakes and wobbles like crazy husband took it back to them and they charged him to balance the tires which they do not do when they rotate them! Not happy with them at all!!!

Everything went great I was well informed about the progress of the of my vehicle

They are always clear with repairs with me, and they look for the best way to repair it so it won't cost so much.

I have been coming to you all for years and I've been pleased

The service rep. was great. He assisted with the warranty information on the tires. Tire was in stock and thing's went very smoothly. I was in an out in a reasonable amount of time. I like this location.
