The staff is wonderful every time I'm in. I'm very sorry I do not remember this woman's name. Long black hair, shorter is stature very very helpful. Also, told me about the scam jewelry I did obtain accidentally from wrong website. Viewmont Mall scranton/Carbondale highway. Pandora store.

The associate, Kelsey, was very helpful. This was my first pandora purchase, and ring purchase ever. She sized me and then showed me what they have in stock. I even asked her for recommendations on what would look good and how to stack them. The whole time she was very polite and a great help. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Salesperson Nyomi W asked if she could help me almost immediately. She was very kind & patient & was very helpful in my decision making. She was not pushy (which I greatly appreciated) but she definitely had a great knowledge of the available merchandise.
