Everyone is so nice omg! Very welcoming environment. Also, very caring and understanding why my bracelet means so much to me. I am very satisfied with the location I went to unlike the one in the town center.

Associate knowledge of charms and bracelets were great. Recommendations on the charm locks and engraving was great. Knowledge on the warranty and free cleaning if needed was explained. Manager was great too with packing my purchase.

No other store compares to this 1. Manager Michael , his assistants Mary & Les, & the entire staff always go above & beyond. Very knowledge & friendly. I always feel special when I walk in the door & always treated "like family".
