Hand and Stone

This was my first visit at Hand & Stone and I was very impressed from start to finish. My Esthetician was pleasant, knowledgeable and experienced. I have been to many spas and I was very pleased with the service, the product and the results. I have very sensitive skin and I did not have any problems with skin irritation.

There are 2 therapists that I have found to be excellent John and Justin. Tried others and just not up to their par.

Alexis was very helpful in steering me in the right direction to improve my skin. My skin is still dry in the spots I had concern but seem to be a little less peeling. My skin was red for a few hours after my facial, but I do have very sensitive skin so I wasn’t surprised. I think there is a slight improvement in my skin, but understand it will take a little longer to see results. Alexis was very attentive and gave me a great facial and advice on what to do going forward. I actually joined the once a month program.

I was recommended that Danny would meet my needs by the front end staff. I was thorough with him when I met him. I explained my issued and how selective …..I am with the therapists I use. Danny did a wonderful job listening, sharing feedback and fulfilling me and resolved so issues that were bothering me. I will now also be using and recommending Danny now and the future.

Justin was a great massessus. Pressure was perfect and the areas I requested were addressed.

Mehgan was knowledgeable. She made me feel welcomed and relaxed. She was able to explain all the services clearly for me to make an informed decision.

Carolina is an excellent therapist. She listens to what the problem areas are and helps relieve my pain. The wait to check in is long. Receptionist are very busy. Would suggest a sign in book. Then they could you up if they need any more information. Standing several minutes to check in is hard for people with back pain. Otherwise, good experience .

I appreciated that Deborah agreed with no scents being used. I will use Deborah for all of my massages. I would like to know how to receive a receipt for my day. I paid for three massages on 2/20 and would like to see a breakdown.
