Tatiana was easy and is always easy to communicate with. She addressed my situation and gave ideas to fit my skincare needs. I travel an hour and a half to have her as my Skin Expert even though there exists Hand & Stone companies that are closer to me.

The Hudson location has great management and desk staf who are warm and friendly. The facilities are excellent and spotlessly cared for. And Alicia is attentive to special needs, has a great personality, and gives a great massage.
