I enjoy going to the Newark location. Staff are always friendly and my massage therapist always gets me right! I always feel better after my massage

I have had this membership for some time and I think the monthly value for the service provided is great. I had some difficulties for some time booking for times that best suited me but it seems to have worked itself out by booking ahead in advance. The ability to schedule in a short time period (i.e. within a week) is pretty limited but that's not necessarily a bad thing since the spa is busy. Staff are great, Jay my massage therapist is awesome and Vee (sp?) is amazing at a wonderful spa experience.

The receptionist and therapist were so calm and friendly the entire time. The therapists voice calmed me. I felt heard. I really liked how safe and comfortable I was.

The staff was very friendly. My massage therapist was friendly, accommodating, and hit all of the points that we discussed prior to my massage. She made sure I was satisfied during my visit. I felt amazing when I left.

Vee has been wonderful and takes her time to explain things to me. The facial was very relaxing. The location is warm and welcoming.

My therapist was very efficient and helped me relax which often find hard to do. She was concerned about any problems I may have been experiencing and wanted to relive any pain I may have had.I left feeling like a new person.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. The waiting area had a nice calming ambiance. My massage therapist took detailed notes and was wonderful overall.

Marie was courteous and professional. She focused on my back which was where most of my discomfort was at and it helped tremendously. She was very friendly and answered all my questions.
