The venue was great"Awesome" the staff was very friendly. Loved all the love Artist music. Would have bought some Beverages, but they were way over priced.

The usher in reserved section was rude..they were patting down to check each person which is great but there should be more people doing this. Waited 30 minutes at concert starting time to get through there

Overall, I enjoy going to concerts there. My only complaints are related to parking and the difficulty of leaving the facility. It was raining on the day we were at Walnut Creek amphitheater. The parking lot was a mud hole. The parking lot needs gravel or grass. Leaving the facility is a nightmare. All the traffic funnels into one exit and it takes forever to get back onto the main roads.
