Sheraton Seattle Hotel

Have stayed at this location many times in the past 15 years. Always stay here every year during the Christmas season and love it. This year was not as happy. Staff not as friendly. My room was not as clean as usual. Had no wash clothes & only one hand towel when we arrived. Asked for our car to be ready a couple of times & after waiting 15 minutes they hadn't even gone to get our car. Overall the experience was just not there this time. Very dissatisfied. May look for a new place to stay next time

Good location

one of the best places to stay in seattle. period. always good. always reliable. always friendly. always makes me feel at home. as close as home can be, anyway.

Very nice hotel, just clean your rooms thoroughly!

Not much to say

Room had rotting food in the mini fridge, there was no coffee and it looked like the room hadn't been cleaned. Pretty gross, especially for the Sheraton's standards
