Hotel desk staff was very nice and went above and beyond to help. My room however was never cleaned. They came in to empty the trash but didn't make the beds or even bring in clean towels so I had to go get them. By the time we got back to the hotel the cleaning staff was gone for the evening. Other than that it was good.
