We sat at tables and had wait staff.. Ordered 3 drinks and cotton candy.. We got our drinks in a timely manner. But after almost 30 minutes of not getting the cotton candy we got the waitstaff. He went to check on it and found out they were out of cotton candy. Had we not asked about it when would we have known? We got popcorn in place of it. But we asked to see a manager. The waitstaff said the manager would be over in a little bit, but he never came. We will be making a complaint on the website.

Had table service. We ordered 3 drinks and cotton candy. Drinks came fine but not cotton candy. After 30 minutes we asked when it was coming, response was "it never came"..... Really????? He went to check to find they were out of it... Wow. Was anyone going to tell us??? Asked for a manager and was told he would be over in a few minutes and never came...
