Not happy with the server. TOOK FOREVER TO GET ANYTHING! We waited 30 minutes to get a box and our checks.

The games were fun but the food I ordered was terrible. The "goldfingers" were not chicken tenders.

The service in the restaurant sucked. I got my beverage and it had been sitting at the bar so long it was watered down and gross tasting. The server wasn't the friendliest person I've known. The restrooms didn't have toilet paper in half the stales. And there was toilet paper all over the floor.

Dave and busters was fun like always, but I don't like the new changes! I don't like that there aren't tickets when you win and I don't like that they were just added to my card. Part of the fun was watching your 1000 tickets pour out of the machine and it's just not there anymore! Also I don't like that most of the games are quieter. My favorite machine that I play everytime I go got half of its sounds taken away! I was not impressed on this Dave and busters and it was the main event on the trip!

We generally love dave & busters. We love the games as well as the food. Everything was great up until it was time for us to be seated. Our server looked at us several times and never greeted us. It took us having to flag down another server for our actual one to greet us. The dining area that we were in wasnt busy at all, yet it took our server forever to bring us our drinks (my boyfriend had an alcoholic drink which i understand may have taken a little while due to the high volume of customers at the bar area, but i had a pink lemonade which took forever to get, along with my boyfriend's water-which he never got). It just felt ad though our server would rather have been anywhere else but serving us. I used to be a server so I know good customer service when I see it, and my boyfriend is an event coordinator who spends his time making sure that guests have a perfect experience so he also knows good customer service, and we just didnt get that this time :(
