Rodeway Inn

First of all I had my room reserved for over 6 months for 3 days. I had some unplanned interaction come up in my plans that I was unable to make it on the first night. I did call the hotel to let them know that I would not be making my reservation for that night. However the gentlemen I spoke with did not put the notes in so the next morning I received a call saying I was going to lose my reservations for the next 2 nights....I was not at all pleased with the customer service. Not to mention I had reserved 7 additional rooms and they would also be for the 2 nights! When we got there their was homeless people walking around everywhere, a drive by shooting the next night and the cleaning of the rooms were very poor! I will never stay there or any other Rodeway inn again!
