Nice hotel

The staff was very nice, but the rooms were extremely outdated. Plus, the elevator was broken so I had to bring my heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs. They could've at least offered to bring it up for me considering it wasn't my fault the elevator broke

Requested additional towels & was given raggedy, torn towels. The night staff was not friendly. Checking in was quick & hassle free Wifi does not connect

The only problems were the elevator wasn't working when we arrived and my kid just suddenly stopped working. Got a new one and they deactivated our other key. So for our whole stay we had one key. It was a big Inconvience.
