Nice personnel, breakfast could run a little later and not clean up and take things away while people are still eating. Convenient location

We got to our room and the carpet was VERY stained and the room stunk SO bad that I asked for a refund.. Management refused to give me a refund, but they did switch us to a better room that was slightly better and bigger.. All of our food ruined though, because the refrigerator did NOT work!! We visit Nashville about once every six months and I would rather pay TWICE the amount to stay somewhere else. I will NEVER return to this hotel and I would not recommend at all
