Nice hotel in the heart of downtown

Stayed at the Omni Severin because of discount given to out group. All of the staff were very courteous and professional. The shower head broke late at night. After contacting the front desk, an engineer was dispatched in less than 5 minutes...very impressive. Did not use the wifi due the cost ??
