A large convention center hotel like this needs more signs because it was very difficult to find your way easily without having to ask

Nice location for a meeting.

Only complaint is that some of the staff were a little distant and inattentive. Kind of cold and short. Not really bad service, just not the exceptional service we'd received in the past. As far as cleanliness, the property was top notch as always. The restaurant was delicious. the valet was very slow but overall we are pleased with out visit but we've had better experiences at this location

Well you can nice and friendly but you need to have the product make the service

Uncleaned room all three nights, no venders in the South Plaza

Took 4 hours to check in.. All rooms where not prepared for new guest .
