Araba is really very good and knows what she is doing. She covers the problem areas very well. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. The app is also very good to use. Thank you hand & Stone !

My therapist was very skilled in her area of sports massage. I have tense shoulders, and she identified the muscles requiring attention immediately. I was surprised she had enough time to tend to the other areas of my body for a full body massage. She managed her time very well. She is absolutely booked for next month!

The front desk staff are friendly. They always greet me with a pleasant tone and a smile. Alex, the massage therapist, is by far, one of the best massage therapists I have had. He is prompt, courteous and maintains a high level of professionalism.

Recently moved to the area. Had a spa went to for 5 years previously. So transitioning to your shop has been easy. The therapist and receptionist have made it a easy move over.

The massage therapist was very well mannered and spent more time on my problem areas as asked.

My massage therapist was conscientious about the cleanliness of the table and head cradle because I have had acne breakouts at a different facility. She changed it so I was assured it was fresh and clean. She asked about the pressure she was using and was willing to adjust it if I thought it was too much or too little. The entire environment is inviting, relaxing and comfortable. This was my first visit to this location and I enjoyed the staff and the experience.
