My massage therapist is wonderful and knowledgeable and so kind. The spa itself is so inviting. It smells and looks amazing. I could just sit in spa and be content.

Joanne really listened to what I wanted. I appreciated the scentless gel she used. I felt comfortable asking for adjustments to the table heat and what I wanted to get out of the massage. I like that she checked in a few times about the pressure.

The front desk is great really help You from greeting to knowledge of upgrades and rating of therapist for your needs.

The friendliness and professionalism demonstrated by the front desk staff sets the tone for the visit. They are very helpful. My massage therapist is always excellent. Allison always asks about problem areas and uses the appropriate amount of pressure and attention to those areas. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of Hand & Stone in McMirray. The membership is an excellent value!

Very nice and relaxing environment. Hand and Stone was able to accommodate a minor for this massage. And therapist was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job.

I am a physical therapist and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, and dyskinesia - movement disorder. Jo was able to relate and communicate with me on a very professional and personal level. Her skills and experience were very evident during this treatment. I have used CBD tinctures in the past for my tremors and movement disorder, so I requested it be used during the treatment today. My range of motion did improve afterwards, and I did feel much "lighter" afterwards. However, what I haven't told her yet, is that the next day - I was able to walk normal again! I haven't been able to walk with a normal gait pattern in over 5 years. The tremors in my lower legs finally calmed down enough that I was able to pick my toes up again when I walked. I almost broke down and cried. I was able to walk and look up at the sky - and not have to watch my feet. Those clouds and blue sky were so beautiful to see. Thank you for this blessing!
