Chris was very professional, he made himself available for assistance but was not pushy at all. He had excellent product knowledge and helped us with our selection when required. He made it an easy and enjoyable experience in selecting the best mattress for our son.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, advice offered was outstanding and went above and beyond in everything from explaining different products to overall customer service. Nothing was too much trouble.

I'm very satisfied with everything

No waiting, no messing around or hard sell of products we didn't want. Good price and pillows thrown in as a bonus. Friendly staff tolerated my lively 9 year old granddaughters efforts to try out every mattress and answered her questions.

After visiting many bed shops in the Mansfield area we went back to Dreams as the customer relationship was brilliant no hassle, Chris was the man that served us and his knowledge of the products was good. We went back to dreams on a few occasions again Chris had the patience of a saint nothing was to much trouble for him he went out of his way to explain all aspects the beds and mattresses. We would highly recommend Dream Beds of Mansfield to our friend and family, Please pass on our thanks to Chris and the rest of the staff

Surprised that staff appeared not to be wearing face covering although I realise this is a personal choice situation. Nevertheless the assistance given by salesperson, I believe ‘Millie’ or something similar, was first class.
