The place was clean and tidy. I was allowed to browse without being 'jumped' on. The lady then asked if I wanted help when I was looking round for someone. She was very helpful, and had good product knowledge.

Gail from the Mansfield store was friendly, approachable and very caring when dealing with us

Customer service was excellent, from a lady called Louise. She was very attentive, friendly, and really helpful, giving us advice, and answering any questions we had regarding the products and what we were looking for. We were given a cup of coffee while we walked around, looking at the products, which was appreciated, and welcoming. There was no pressure to hurry, or make decisions, we were left to look around at our leisure, and knew that assistance would be there if we needed it. Unfortunately, we couldn't have the exact mattress we saw, and wanted as we had to have one that evening, due to having just moved house, and having already discarded our old one before we moved. we were satisfied with our purchase though.
