The staff were excellent and offered a great quality of customer care. Louise served us and she was very professional yet very approachable. She made us a drink which is a brilliant touch because you did not feel rushed with such a big decision. The other girl Claire was just as friendly, professional etc. it was really nice to deal with them and they made you feel welcome. Even when we had to change the length of the bed because 6’6” was ordered and ours is 6’3”. It was done over the phone with Claire and she was so helpful and sorted it out quickly.

Chris the gentleman that we spoke to was brilliant. He was patient, informative and came across as a very honest person. I have in my experience found that some sales advisors will "tell you want you want to hear" Chris advised us on three products. Different price ranges. We was unsure but after telling him what we liked and disliked about them he found us a forth mattress still within our price range that we purchased. The whole experience from start to finish was a positive experience. Which I feel when spending the amount of money we did you should walk away feeling stratified. I would recommend Chris to all my family and friends. If all your staff are trained to the same standards then I would consider your company one of the best.
