We were served by Chris who was extremely helpful without any undue pressure, we did leave the store to go to a competitor on the same site, the competitor did not give us the same confidence that we were purchasing the correct product so we went back to Dreams to make the purchase

The store products was evenly spaced out and all information was on display infront of every bed. A sales assistant was at hand if needed but did not pester or put any pressure on us. He answered all our questions that we asked and dealt with our purchase professional.

Greeted at the door by staff (on two visits, the first window shopping, the second to purchase). The lady from my first visit (Louise) was available on my second visit so we were able to build on our first visit experience and place, what we hope is, the best order. Louise had a wide variety of product knowledge and was able to guide us through best choices from our internet research and first visit.

Friendly knowledgeable helpful staff and the only downside is waiting 7 weeks for a headboard !!

The staff were friendly and really well informed. They did not pressure us at any point even when we said we wanted leave the shop to talk. So.... we came back and placed our order.
