Ordered on line and Barbara Whipkey got my order out so fast. I received it in 1 day! Awesome. Have our feeder outside waiting for some bluebirds. The squirrel is trying real hard but not successful. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly and quite knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, explained the virutes of each seed selection and made recommendations based on our local bird population. I will be returning to buy more seed.

We ordered online during our coronavirus self-isolation, and within the hour, our products were on our doorstep. We always have such a pleasant, positive experience when we shop at our La Plata WBU, even during a pandemic! So thankful they're in the neighborhood! Can't wait for all this to be over, so we can visit the store in-person. :)

Customer service was excellent. The young lady was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I also could have easily spent too much money and will have to ration myself.

i called the store about peanuts for squirrel. They let me know about joining , so i did. I joined and received a suet feeder and suet for the feeder. This store is very knowledgable and friendly.

The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. When I go into the store it feels like you are at "home" and that nothing you ask is too trivial or unimportant.
