The staff at the Waldorf store are so nice and always help me with any bird questions I have. I also like how they carry my purchases out to my car. I have two bad knees so its a big help to me.

Tiffaney was very helpful answering my question and providing me the needed information to becoming a member of the bird watching community. I have already recommended Wild Birds Unlimited to several people.

I shop in this store very regularly (at least once every 2-3 weeks). You always have the standard feeding essentials that I need. This time was a special offering of a winter blend cylinder with a purchase of a bag of winter blend mix. I never hesitate to try something new in my feeders because I know you sell the highest quality food. The customer service is always over the moon!! I get suggestions for new products/feeders/adapters for my pole systems, etc. Your store is truly my favorite place to shop. Thank you for always providing the best products and service.

The staff is always beyond friendly and truly meets the needs of what I am in search of for at every visit. This visit was during the cold, fridge time of year and we selected the Winter Blend and I also refilled my cylinder with the cranberry mix. The staff showed me new products to keep in mind without pressuring for the sale in the moment. Always a lovely experience to speak the back yard bird lingo with fellow bird lovers.
