After I left the store (having declined Kelly's offer to carry my purchase to my car), I fell on the sidewalk and scraped my arm. I went back into the store where Kelly and Mandy brought out a first aid kit and gave me great care - washed off the scrape, applied lanocain and bandaged the scrapes. I've always received excellent service from the wonderful, friendly staff in the La Plata store. On this occasion, they went above and beyond! Thanks!

I can meet my birds needs and can find it all in one place. Staff extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
