The overall visit with the personnel was great. They were all curteous, friendly and sociable, Attentive to my shopping needs and patient with my uncertainty. The only PROBLEM was that the store in the 59th Street Columbus Circle where I went today was Closing Down. I always went to the 42nd Street store and this one was much more convenient.

Courteous, well groomed, attentive staff. No time wasted in showing me what I needed. Pop up store well lit, clean and accessible. Not a fan of silver but Pandora has made me a fan.
